Shipping Method, Costs, and Restrictions

We may update this Shipping Method, Costs and Restrictions policy from time to time by posting an updated version on our website. Please check this page periodically to ensure you are familiar with our most current policies in this regard.

Local orders will be delivered by Lakeshore Pools & Hot Tubs (“Local Delivery”). Non-local orders will be delivered via Canada Post. Whether an order is local or non-local depends on the delivery address and the products requested. We deliver to Mississauga and select local postal codes in the areas of Oakville and Etobicoke, using our own dedicated service vehicles. We will use Canada Post or UPS to deliver all other orders within Canada. Note that the Canada Post and UPS shipping option is available at the online checkout, however, this option will not be available if any of the following products are included in the order: Oversized items or Hot Tub Covers.

In-store/Curbside Pickup is always available instead of delivery. Orders are ready within 60 minutes of being placed and can be picked up during our business hours. If your order isn’t picked up after 30 days, it will be automatically cancelled and refunded.

Local Delivery with our own vehicles has an estimated delivery time of 2-3 business days. Flat rates will apply based on the location and the product requested:

  • Free Delivery is available if the order is above $299+HST for most of Ontario, or orders above $150+HST withing the GTA and Local Delivery (the delivery address is within the selected local postal codes). However, Free Delivery does not apply for Hot Tub Covers or orders which include Hot Tub Covers.
  • $25 + HST Flat Delivery Rate will apply if the order is below $199 and is a Local Delivery (the delivery address is within the selected local postal codes). However, this Flat Delivery Rate does not apply for Hot Tub Covers or orders which include Hot Tub Covers.
  • $75 or $95 + HST Flat Delivery Rate will apply for Hot Tub Covers or orders which includes Hot Tub Covers within selected local postal codes.


Please note:

  • Hot Tub Covers are only available for Local Delivery or In-Store, Curbside Pickup. FREE Delivery does not apply.


We cannot ship parcels to Hotels or P.O. boxes.

If one of the items in your order is currently out of stock, we will contact you to advise of the expected arrival date. You will only be charged one shipping fee per order even if there is a backordered item.
