Description

BioGuard PowerFloc is an advanced pool settling agent designed to be used on pools that are excessively cloudy. It is ideal to use this product when the pump has not run for more than 1 week, or when your filter is near the end of its lifespan. The very powerful flocculant makes suspended particles settle to the bottom of the pool. Then it is easy to remove by vacuuming and restore the clarity to the water.

How to Use Power Floc:

1. Shake Power Floc well before using
2. Remove your filter cartridges or backwash your filter for 3 – 5 minutes
3. Make sure pH is between 7.4 and 8.0
4. Remove skimmer basket and any product in the skimmer, like chlorine pucks
5. Leave the pump on and if you have a sand filter set your filter to recirculate
6. Add 100mL of Power Floc for every 10,000L of pool water to the skimmer
7. Let pump run for 2 hours and then turn it off
8. Power Floc takes between 12 and 24 hours to work, the pool must not be circulating during this time
9. Vacuum all the settled debris to waste
10. Power Floc may continue to work after 24 hours period. If you see more debris on the floor of the pool, vacuum it on waste

DO NOT USE POWER FLOC WHILE SWIMMERS ARE IN THE POOL
Wait until Power Floc process is complete before people go swimming

• Power Floc should only be used if you can vacuum to waste
• Power Floc has measurement marking on the bottle to make application easy
