Description

BioGuard Balance Pak 200 is used to raise the pH level in pool water which helps prevent corrosion, staining, and improves bather comfort. You need to maintain a pH level between 7.4-7.6. Before adding Balance Pak 200, always ensure that the Total Alkalinity is within the correct range using Balance Pak 100 or Lo ‘n Slo. The granular product is completely soluble and will quickly raise the water’s pH after adding.

How to Use:

1. Use the table below to figure out how much Balance Pak 200 to add to your pool.
   

   pH Reading	6.8 – 7.0	7.1 – 7.3
   Amount needed per 10,000L	200g	100g

    

2. Add directly to the pool water with pump in operation.

DO NOT APPLY BALANCE PAK 200 WHEN SWIMMERS ARE IN THE POOL
Wait 15 minutes after applying Balance Pak 200 to go swimming

Tips for Using Balance Pak 200

• Salt Pools typically do not need Balance Pak 200 since their pH usually increases over time.
• If your pH is below 7.0, we recommend you bring a water sample to the store. We will do a comprehensive water analysis to ensure there’s nothing else that could cause future problems.
