You can upgrade your hot tub pump by +1HP to a 3.5/4.0 HP Pump if the electrical setup allows extra load capacity, boosting massage jet pressure. The mounting points and connections are identical across the 4.5 HP, 3.5 HP, and 2.5 HP models, requiring no additional installation steps.
Barb Adapter – required for all hot tubs with 2 pumps or more, used to connect the 3/8 hose to the replacement pump. Not required if hot tub only has 1 pump
