We provide practical hot tub service in Mississauga and the surrounding area, helping you understand what’s actually going on before recommending any solution. Sometimes a repair makes sense. Sometimes it doesn’t. We’ll explain the difference and let you decide what’s right for you.

Service for Most Makes and Models
We service most major hot tub makes and models, including many older systems that other companies may no longer support. If the issue is accessible and parts are available, we can often diagnose and repair the problem without recommending unnecessary replacement.
Because not every hot tub — or every repair — makes sense, we’ll explain what’s involved, outline your options, and let you decide how to proceed. If a repair isn’t practical due to condition, age, or cost, we’ll be upfront about that before work begins.
Seasonal note: From December through March, a 50% seasonal surcharge may apply due to cold temperatures, frozen components, and more challenging working conditions.
During this time, some repairs may be limited or delayed. We’ll always explain what’s possible, what isn’t, and what makes sense next.

Per hour
90% of hot tub service is completed within the one hour service charge. If the service goes over that hour additional charges apply. For leak calls, we cannot guarantee that 1 service call will fix all hot tub leak issues as we can only fix leaks we can identify and access while on site.
Hot Tub Drain, Clean, and Scrub
Hot tub water typically needs to be replaced 3 to 4 times per year to stay clean, comfortable, and easy to maintain. If you don’t have the time — or just want it done properly — we can take care of it for you.
Our drain, clean, and scrub service includes:
- Draining the hot tub
- Cleaning the shell, cover, and filter
- Purging the plumbing lines using a professional pipe cleaner
- A complimentary check of hot tub operation
If you’d like, we’re happy to show you how to clean your hot tub yourself while we’re there, so future upkeep is easier.
Important note:
If biofilm is present inside the plumbing lines, it may release from the pipes after the tub is refilled. This is something we cannot fully control or remove within a single service. Hot tubs that have not been regularly tested or maintained may require more than one drain and clean service to fully resolve persistent buildup.
Winter notice:
This service is typically not available during winter months (December–March) due to freezing temperatures. In some cases, service may still be possible; however, calls booked during this period may be subject to a 50% seasonal surcharge due to challenging conditions. Most of our parts are backed by a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty. Our service work is warrantied for 1 year on repairs within our control, so you can rest assured your tub will be good hands.

Hot Tub Winterization
If your hot tub will be unused during the winter or left unattended for an extended period, professional winterization helps prevent freeze damage and costly spring repairs.
Winterizing is more than draining the tub. Water must also be removed from plumbing lines and equipment to reduce the risk of freezing. During service, we’ll ensure the system is properly drained and recommend covering the hot tub with a waterproof tarp to help prevent exterior water, rain, or melting snow from seeping back into the cabinet while it’s shut down.
Our technicians winterize hot tubs so they can be reopened worry‑free in the spring, without avoidable damage or surprises.

Hot Tub Leak Repair
Leaks can come from valves, seals, plumbing lines, pumps, or fittings — and they aren’t always obvious at first. What looks like a small loss of water can sometimes point to a larger underlying issue, which is why proper diagnosis matters before any repair is made.
In many cases, we can help narrow down the issue over the phone. If an on‑site visit is needed, a technician will inspect the hot tub, explain what’s causing the leak, outline repair options, and provide clear pricing before any work begins. We’ll also be honest about whether a repair makes sense based on the condition, age, and cost involved.

Stage One Leak Detection and Repair: Starting at $250* (where we have to cut/replace/repair plumbing to fix the leak).
Hot Tub Cover/Accessory Delivery or Installation
If you need help transporting or installing a new hot tub cover or accessory, our team can take care of it. Covers are bulky, awkward, and easy to damage if handled improperly — especially when removed or installed alone.
We’ll deliver and set up your new hot tub cover, remove the old one, and install your new cover lifter if needed. This helps ensure proper fit, smooth operation, and less strain on the cover hardware from day one.
Our goal is to make the process easy, so you can get back to using your hot tub without frustration or extra handling.

In-Store Hot Tub Maintenance Education
Understanding how to care for your hot tub properly can prevent many common issues before they turn into service calls. Our free in‑store hot tub maintenance education is designed to help you feel confident managing day‑to‑day care and water balance.
Bring in a clean 500 ml hot tub water sample, along with photos of the inside of your hot tub, the user manual (if available), and the products you’re currently using. Our team will review everything with you and help you understand what’s working, what might need adjustment, and how to simplify your routine going forward.
This service focuses on education, not upselling — clear explanations, practical guidance, and recommendations that fit how you actually use your hot tub.

Same Day Hot Tub Service
In some cases, same‑day hot tub service may be available to help address urgent issues more quickly. Availability depends on technician schedules, location, and the nature of the problem.
While same‑day service cannot be guaranteed, we’ll always make a reasonable effort to schedule service as soon as possible and let you know what timing is realistic. Same‑day service is intended for situations where speed matters — not as a shortcut around proper diagnosis or explanation.
Same‑day service is separate from standard service scheduling and is subject to availability at the time of booking.
